Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of software products developed and distributed by Moosia LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Our desktop software products are sold as one-time purchases, granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software except where explicitly permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update or modify the software and these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Payments & Licensing
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle is responsible for payment handling, invoicing, VAT/GST, and refunds.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a license key enabling full access to the purchased software.
Licenses are perpetual for the purchased version of the software unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.
Generally, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been misused or abused.
To request a refund, please use the link provided in your purchase receipt or contact Paddle support directly.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Our desktop applications do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for licensing and basic functionality.
We do not sell or share your personal data.
Payment information is processed securely by Paddle and is never stored or accessible by Moosia LLC.
If an application includes optional analytics or crash reporting, this will be clearly disclosed within the app.
